Cheryl is an IT professional with over 15 years’ experienceas a System Support Specialist in a global telecommunication contact center environment. She is also experienced at implementing EDI (electronic data interchange) and transaction sets, field mapping, communications protocols, barcode development/testing, and Trading Partner compliance and is a Salesforce.com Developer/Administrator.
At Alvarez Technology Group, Cheryl is the first line of support, always striving for first call resolution. She assists clients with database, connectivity, application, network, Office, Outlook, and computer issues.
Originally from Seaside, Cheryl currently lives in South Salinas with her beautiful one year old “Gerberian-Shepsky” dog (half Siberian Husky/half German Shepherd) named Sabrina. She enjoys shopping, designing/sewing, auto racing, animal advocacy, studying, cooking, camping, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
