She supports the engineers, coordinates service tickets with the OpsCenter, and dispatches ordered components to the engineers. She has nearly two decades of customer service experience and has been dispatching for over 2 years. Toni is new to the tech industry, but loves working with people.

As the Controller, Michelle Berridge manages financial and accounting procedures. This includes the month-end close process and preparation of the financial statements, financial software integration, accounting procedures documentation, and financial metric development. She brings over 15 years of financial experience from several industries including manufacturing, semi-conductors, and beverage distribution.
