In his role as Team Lead/Senior System Analyst, Jesse looks for opportunities to improve our customer’s environment by recommending products and services that will enhance their productivity and profitability. He is skilled in Windows and Linux server and desktop operating system technologies, in particular Microsoft Windows XP/Win7 and Windows Server 2003/2008 implementation and configuration, Exchange 2007/2010, SUSE Linux, Ubuntu Linux and VMWare. Jesse also has experience in Cisco IOS system and networking technologies.

As Account Manager, Kirk Edwards provides customer service, client proposals, and account management. He collaborates with the engineering team to find the perfect technology for our clients.

As a Systems Engineer, John Dean assists clients with computer and network related issues, identifying ways to improve networks and increase security. He has over 10 years of experience as a software programmer and IT technician.

As Customer Service Coordinator, Melissa Albarran coordinates with clients and engineers to resolve technical issues. She has over 16 years of customer service experience, which she uses to provide an excellent experience to our clients.
Born and raised in Soledad, Melissa currently lives there with her husband, their four sons, one daughter and dog named Daisy. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with her family.

As a Support Engineer, Rico Gomez helps clients to resolve hardware and software issues quickly so that they can focus on the core competencies of their organization. He has a wide range of experience, from desktop, laptop, and mobile device support, to system administration and network engineering. He was first introduced to technology from his military mentor, and has since worked for colleges, school districts, and large scale data centers in Silicon Valley.
