All for one, flat monthly fee.
If you have ongoing onsite support needs or require regular staff augmentation, then this is the ideal plan for you. With reduced service rates commensurate with the level of support required, you gain access to the resources of the OpsCenter, with a fully-staffed help desk, trained and certified onsite engineers, 24x7 monitoring of critical network systems, as well as after-hours technical support.
Designed for smaller environments, this service plan offers full support of the most critical system on your network, the server. For a flat monthly fee per server, our network professionals at the OpsCenter, monitor the servers and respond quickly when problems arise. In addition, you will have access to onsite resources for non-covered tasks at reduced service rates.
