As a Customer Care Specialist, Jason Cordoba focuses on helping clients get the right products for their users and their networks. He works to get the best value for their money and maximize the value of the IT investment by identifying their needs, finding the best fit for the client and recommending solutions that might enhance their business operations.

Andrea Taylor – Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant, Andrea Taylor supports the operations of the company. She is responsible for documenting and streamlining processes and procedures, with an emphasis on improving the customer experience.
Originally from Napa, Andrea now lives in Marina with her corgi/shepherd mix, Bera. Andrea earned her B.S. Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Management Information Systems from California State University, Monterey Bay. She currently serves on the Santa Cruz Ballet Theatre board of directors.
Sarah Stephens Call – Customer Service Coordinator

As Customer Service Coordinator, Sarah Stephens Call makes sure ATG clients receive fast, efficient IT support by keeping the OpsCenter Technicians and Systems Engineers on schedule. Sarah is the friendly, chipper voice clients hear if they need to call for additional help or to arrange for an on-site service call.
